Managing older OS X Server Installations from (Mountain) Lion

I have a mix of Leopard, Snow Leopard, and Lion servers that I need to administer. Unfortunately, it appears that using a single server admin application to manage multiple, older OS X Server installations is not supported after Lion.

What is the recommended way of administering a Snow Leopard server from a Mac running OS X 10.8? Is there any way to run the older admin tools?
