No - that game needed Rosetta to run, which was eliminated with Lion and won't be coming back with any future releases of OS X. (well I'm not Apple, but I'm pretty sure it'd never come back...)
Okay... So would the sims 3 work fine?
The old RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 (not Platinum) required Rosetta and then a patch to run on Intel. I just purchased RollerCoaster Tycoon 3: Platinum for Mac and it runs on Lion without requiring Rosetta. The only issues I've seen so far are some graphics glitches, especially with NVIDIA.
