why does the light on my battery charger change from green to orange after a few seconds?

so do you mean the light is orange even when it is completley charged?

what if any does the green light mean.? so any suggestions at this point what I should do.I moved to another electrical outlet. how can I get my computer to turn on at this point? anything?

What does the green light mean then? Green is a positive in my mind.

Take it to an Apple store or AASP. It is under warranty.
