Fraudulent in app purchases

We have recently had a number of debits to our credit card from iTunes. These debits were over a period of a few days and relate to in-app purchases on a game called My Town2 which my two sons play. However neither of them are aware of the apple password and myself and my wife have not authorised the transactions. During the period in question, on a few occasions when my wife switched on her phone the little box appeared on the iPhone asking for the apple password, but assuming this to just be a software issue she just pressed cancel. Our credit card issuer has advised that we must reclaim the funds of approx. £105 from apple, but there doesn't seem to be any process on the apple or iTunes site to do so. Can anyone assist with this at all? Thanks.
