my iphone is not downloading apps!!:(

yesterday i wanted to download an app,i start downloading,it goes to the quart after then fast to the half and restart the download!!

and today i tried too and the same problem!i tried to download a 0.6mb app and it worked but other than that noo!:(

plzzz help!!
