Q: Is it possible to add Notes to a Fixed Layout epub?

I would like to be able to add notes to a fixed layout epub in the same way that notes can be added to a re-flowable epub. Is this possible? If not, does anyone know of a workaround? Many thanks.

I'm wondering this too. Also Highlights are disabled for Fixed Layout books. I tested this buy enabling fixed layout (<option name="fixed-layout">true</option>) then disabling it. The disabled version has Note and Highlight and the enabled version does not.
