Can i install assistive touch in iphone 3g?

I don't know whether my iphone 3g can install ios 5 i need the assistive touch urgently coz my main button of the phone is broken.

it hardly can sense my touch and it is very difficult for me to use it so if i can install the assistive touch

it be more convenient for me!!

so please help me!!:))))
