hi everybody,i have a ipad 2 wifi 3G , and i want to share my internet from ipad to an other ipad or pc , when i check setting menu,i cannt see ,"personal hotspot" ,please help me ,for active this option on my ipad

Your carrier doesn't allow it in your contract. Contact with them to activate
The personal hotspot function is currently only available on the new iPad (iPad 3), so it won't appear on your iPad 2.
