I updated my phone and when finished the iPhone screen came up with an i on it. When touching the i, it shows MEID: A100001C3D9300. What is this? I cant get it to activate now.

I updated my phone and when finished the iPhone screen came up with an i on it. When touching the i, it shows MEID: A100001C3D9300. What is this? I cant get it to activate now.

I hooked my iphone up and updated. When complete, the main screen was gray and said iPhone with a small i on it. I pressed the i and it shows;MEID: A100001C3D9300. When i slide my bar, it asks, English, Country, Wi-Fi and then trys to activate and it get a message: Your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your iPhone to iTunes to activate it o rtry again in a couple of minutes. If problem persists, contact Apply support.

I have had no luck on anything. Help

Was the phone jailbroken or "unlocked" by someone other than the carrier it was originally locked to before you attempted to upgrade?

Where EXACTLY did you get the phone?

I got it straight from Verizon and have had it for almost 2 years. I hadnt updated is months, so did the update and this is what happened after it was finished. Do you suggest taking it back to Verizon and have them look at it?

Don't bother taking it to Verizon. Service is provided by Apple. Take it to your local Apple Store and have them look at it.
