Q: cannot connect to cellular data with my iphone 4 (sprint)

does anybody know how can I fix my iphone 4? I can use calls but cannot connect to cellular data, Sprint tells me I need to go to apple

    Try a reset, hold down the home/power button until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

     

    Can also check - settings -general - network and see if you have cellular data turned on.   If you do - turn it off/on.

     

    but this issue is with Sprint not Apple since they handle cellular data plans.
