Hi everyone,

I tried many views, etc; checked trash.

This came on the heels of my deleting (command+delete) the images. They disappeared from view but the folder still indicates there are 5 images there. Bizarre.

Any thoughts?

Is the search field in the Browser set to "Showing All" or to "unrated or better", when you select the rejected album? If it does no show "Showing All", clear the search field.

    Thank you Leonie,

I even tried Rejected in the search field.

The "Rejected" album will show the count of all rejected images, even those in the Trash bin. But it will not show the images in the Trash. Do you have exactly five rejected images in the Trash? The the "Rejected" count should be zero, after emptying the Aperture Trash.

I emptied the trash. It worked; but in the interim the count in both soared for a while into the 1,000s.

Suffice it to say, it wasn't pretty.

    But, as usual...thanks a lot.

I'm sure I'll be back soo with something else.

    Take care,
