can see file in spotlight but not in finder

I have saved many files and folders in a directory on Mac os x 10.7.4. I am able to find all those files through Spotlight search but not able to see those files in finder.

Note: All the files are not hidden.

Please suggest !!

Are you sure? There are several different ways to hide files from Finder. For example, appending a . to a folder name can make it hidden, as can - in a different way - setting the chmod hidden flag.

Other folder will be hidden if you save them inside another folder that is hidden, such as inside the user Library.

Yet again there are ways of making folder invisible by giving the no names and using a transparent icon.

Probably your best bet is to tell us the path to the folder and its name. To do that, find it Spotlight, click on it to open the folder. Then open Terminal.app (just type 'term' in Spotlight and hit return), and drag that folder into the Terminal window.

Select all the text that in the Terminal window and post here. Then we may be able to tell you why you can't see it in Finder.
