How to I save the last version Of the doc I was working on?
Every time I use pages I get a new version of the document. How do I save the one I am working on so that I can identify it for adding new materail?
iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

Liam,
File > Duplicate makes a copy of your document in its current state. If you follow that with File > Save, you can give the copy a distinctive filename.

"The Document"?
What document?
Are you really asking how to do a Save As…?
Menu > File > Duplicate > Save > Give it new name
Peter
Thanks, although I still don't understand why I need to duplicate just to give a file a name. It is totally illogical. Apple, please bring back "Save As"
Thanks Peggy, but there is no ALT key on my Apple Macbook Air.
Your key may be labeled "Option".

I said "Option/alt" as some keyboards (generic Windows or international) don't have the label "Option" but I've not come across one that doesn't say "alt." Your MacBook Air should have it, just as my MacBook Pro & MacBook & wireless Apple keyboards do. It's the second key to the left of the space bar. This screenshot is from the Apple page about keyboard layouts.
