Q: How can you take a screen shot without using your lock button ?

My lock button doesn't work and I don't know how to take a screen shot without using it . Help ?

iPod touch, iOS 5.0.1

    GO to assistive touch. U can go to general. Then click accessibility. And then acroll till see assistive touch click that. Click the white box. It'll say device. Click that then click more. Then click screen shot. You're welcome!

    Tuffonick7    before your replies, the previous reply was over two years ago. You are not adding any new information to this old post. iOS features have changed since the post was created.

    Believe me the best way is assistive touch

    moreover go in accessiblity then assistive touch and customize what u want in it.u can reduce assisitive touch icon to 1(screenshot) and then u can take screenshot by just touching the assistive touch

     

    BEST EASY TO WAY to take screenshot in one touch

     

    remember go to customize top level menu

    in assistive touch which is in accessiblity!!

    Hi, Go into your settings>General>Accessibility>AssistiveTouch>SwitchOn

     

    Then Open up black dot when it comes up>Device>More>Screenshot
