I am in the military stationed in s.korea and it wont let me login to my itunes program. I logged out and cannot log back in. How can I fix this?

It just sits there, spinning, and says, "Accessing iTunes Store". Or, it locks up. I had it in Iraq too and never had this issue. Any help is much appreciated.
