convert png to icns 1024x1024

Now that apple requires all apps submitted to the mac appstore to have the new high resolution 1024x1024 icns format, which is only supported on Lion, is there any way to make that icns on Snow Leopard? I have 10.6.8, and need to submit a quick update to my app. Anyone know 3rd party software that can generate them?
