I see on my bank statement at $31.99 charge for itunes....I never purchase apps...just free stuff for my iphone!!! Help how do I get that removed!!!

Neither you nor anybody who has access to your iPhone have bought apps or made in-app purchases ? If not then you can contact iTunes support here : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store
