command+left arrow = beginning-of-line

command+right arrow = end-of-line

command+up arrow = beginning-of-document

command+down arrow = end-of-document

option+left arrow = beginning-of-word

option+right arrow = end-of-word

option+up arrow = beginning-of-paragraph

option+down arrow = end-of-paragraph

Notes: Microsoft Word does not follow these Mac conventions. The option key is also called the Alt key.
