You can authorise your computer's iTunes in order to play your purchased/downloaded content on that computer (via the Store > Authorise This Computer menu option on iTunes). But if the problem that you are having is that you can't see any films in the store then it maybe because you are in a country where films are not currently available from Apple : what can be bought in each country.
