Hi i am so confused i have a old iphone 3g connected it to itunes did a search for update none! after clicking on update i clicked onto resore thats it ..... i cant turn iphone on or do any thing its saying to connect to itunes to resore and recover did that came up as error help! lol only i can kill iphone

What version of iOS is on your iPhone? You can check by tapping Settings > General > About.

Ok this is it i pluged the phone in and its asking to connect to itunes, but itunes cant see my phone to give me a upgrade or recovery, but itunes can still see my account the phone is prity much gone back to fractory settings i think or seems like it 😟 . like as if you never had itunes account and it was your first time you had an iphone ( like putting in a new sim ) there for i cant give you the error problem
Was the phone jailbroken or "unlocked" before you updated?
it is a 02 phone from my brother just put my 02 sim in dont cnow what jailbroke means.
I have had the phone for about 4 months been using it as normal just done a update because mates from work said to check every so oftem for updates...
