CANNOT UPLOAD

I am trying to purchase a photo book through iphoto

when I get to BUY BOOK - the assembly part completes then when I try to UPLOAD

I get the message

AN ERROR OCCURRED UPLOADING YOUR ORDER

I have tried this at least six times, and tried with out success by using an ethernet cable

HELP PLEASE

i am trying to make this for a birthday gift
