SSD and HD

IS there a difference between a 6gb per second ssd and hard drive other than noise and is there a medly between a ssd and harddrive because ssd's are just to expensive

Yes, a properly installed and operated SSD will function faster than a run of the mill HDD. But the cost per GB on the SSD is still quite high, compared to the HDD. So you and your wallet get to decide what's important, speed or space. And yes, hybrid HDDs with speedy 7200RPM spindles and large buffers get almost as fast as slowish SSDs, so the decision is not exactly clearcut.
