i cant find some of the tones i have purchased

i cant find some of the tones i have purchased and when i chick to buy them it says i have already purchased them but they are not in my itunes on my computer or phone

iPhone 4S

Did you check under Settings > Sound > Ringtone > a list should appear at the top.

I have the same problem. Checked under settings> tones It says "no items". When I go in my purchase history, it is there. I have been billed for it. But it does not show up anywhere else. Cancel the charge or find my tone!
