I am a new user out mac and I have a MacBook Pro '13.
However, I bought my mac on June 10th, one day before the announcement of free upgrade for the user to buy the mac on June 11, will I have access to the free update?

No probably not. What you should of done was take that system back and got one of the newer models that came out the day after you bought the one you now own.
are you serious ? why dont you return laptop during first week after buying laptop and buy it after june 11. Geez. btw it's only $20😁
