Q: I cannot download certain purchased music onto my Sandisk.

There are a few songs that will not transfer to my Sandisk. They show up in my playlist but when I click on the song, it shows, "Ping."

When I purchased a Sandisk Sansa Zip Clip, the quickstart guide sent Mac Users to a website for step by step instructions. I'm going there now, myself. Here's the link: http://kb.sandisk.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1141/kw/1141
