I want to remove Boot Camp partition from MacBook because my startup disk is full. And my Dock is Missing!

The Dock is missing and I can't fiure out how to remove Bootcamp (Windows side is fine). How can I find the applications folder & BootCamp (so I can remove it), when the dock is missing.

The only thing on my screen is the outer space background of the desktop. The dock is missing and the screen is blank,

How can I get my dcok back (my startup disk is full and the Mac side is unresponsive).

I want to remove Boot Camp partition from MacBook because my startup disk is full.

Thank You For Your Help,

Curtis
