If you jailbroke and want to remove it, you probably need to restore in Recovery Mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

Avoid jailbreaking at all costs...

Hello roaminggnome. I have buy my iphone inVN, But something not right, Then I have to restore software. but it cannot be done , because fault cde 1015 appears. So i don´t know what to do... please help me to restore my Phone so it can work again....

That means your phone was hacked to work with any carrier. The hack damaged the firmware and it's not possible to recover. Bin it and get a new phone.
