cant down load new apps

Greeting this is kind of long please bare with me. Last month I went to down load a app and even tried to up date my apps and would received this message that my three digit code on my credit card was not valid. So I tried three more cards got the same result then it said to contact Apple support. This was happening on my Iphone, pad and touch.

I went to a apple store spent three hours in there for them to tell me they blocked my account because due to a app I down loaded for 99 cent which was suppose to be free and all I had to do was purchase and gift card to clear up the charge.

Well I spent 15 dollars when to my account and paid for the app, low and behold it would let me update my apps but not down load any on my devices even using my computer which has has the gift card on it.

So frustration set in, I emailed customer support and they give me suggestions I have already tried like resetting my account, try using Icloud none of this is working.

So after going back and forth via email I received this today Sorry Bridget the itunes store cannot complete your request because your Apple Id has been associated with to many credit cards. So now in order for me to down load free apps I have to buy more gift cards. I replied back the reason why I had to use three credit card because you all blocked my account over 99 which I had no ideal of until I went into the store and stayed for three hours, and I have a card on my account that I cant use because I cant get into my account with out saying to contact apple. uggg any suggestions at my wits end here
