Code already used?
I got my code for Mountain Lion, but when I try to redeem it in the Mac App Store app it says the code has already been used. What the heck do I do now?
From where did you get that code?

Contact App Store support.
How? They hide all means of contacting them. Do you have an email or phone number?
I too am getting same thing when attempting to install via the code sent from Apple.
"This code has already been used. Each code may only be used once."
Ummm, what!? I've not used it at all.....
Yes, they hide there, on the Right Hand Side of the App Store window, under the Quick Links heading.

Server being down...yea, I get that. Sending me a code that doesn't work, I don't get that. Come on.

Oh geez. So after I contact support Apple sends me ANOTHER email with the PDF to see my code, and it's the SAME freakin' code. So it still says it's already been used.
Not a good day at Apple.
It is most likely because the servers are overloaded. Wait a while and try again.
Happened to me as well
The same has just happened to me.
I get the code from the Up-to-date program, since I bought my MacbookPro after June 11th.
How can we solve that problema now Apple?
I spoke with an Apple representative, and the up-to-date program went live prematurely a couple days ago. This hit the press and people filled in their information and got codes.
Now, on the official go-live date, those codes are being re-issued to people, e.g. everyone on this thread, and we're getting the error that its already been used.
The good news is Apple is aware of this issue and will be sending out new codes automatically to everyone affected. The bad news is it'll take between 24-48 hours.
