Just gone through the process to get a redemption code for Mountain Lion. Successfully received the PDF that contained the code, tried to redeem it in the Mac App store and got an error saying:
"This code has already been used. Each code may only be used once."
Oh dear. Are they sending out duplicates? What should I do now?

Me too. I guess this must be a screw up with the system. I submitted an email support request - the only kind of support offered - and the automated response said they would get back to me in 24 hours.
