Mountain Lion redemption code has already been used

From Malaysia. Got the same code used problem as well, now waiting for reply from Apple. 😟

After complain by email I received this :

Same thing here. Bought in US, I'm in Brazil now.

Complained sending an email and got a feedback with 5 minutes.

Just waiting for the new code, or maybe this one to works.

I just talked to someone in uppermanagment on the phone and he informed me that anyone experiencing this problem with a code that had already been redeemed should be getting a new code within 24 hours of thier original bad code being sent. (I got mine at 7:08am today so i should get my replacement code at the latest at 7:08am tomorrow.) He said that if the code had not been recieved by then to call them back. You can call them for support at 1-800-275-2273 (Apple Express Lane) you usually are able to talk to someone within five minutes. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon, i know I am really frustrated with this major screw up in their system, maybe we will even get something extra from all of this, i know wishful thinking. I'll post on the forum again when I get my new code or when I find out something else.

I have the same problem about the error redeem code and mail the problem to app store customer service.

But I still get no respone from the mail.

Absolutely the same problem !!!!!

I just got the email from apple with a new code, and so far it is working, it is just taking a while to download but that is because it is almost 5gb and i have crappy internet, good luck to you all I hope you all get your codes soon

Yeah, just got my second code after 17 hours waiting. Downloading now....

So have you ever send an email to mac app store customer service to ask a new redeem code since your first try error code?
