Mountain Lion redemption code has already been used

Ditto. Just spent 45 minutes on the phone with Apple tech support, who now seem to have some awareness of the problem. But the rep said it may not be resolved until Friday. Grrrr.

I just finished talking to Apple Care rep about it. He said they are tracking this issue and I should receive new code within 72 hours:(

I just got off the phone with Apple Support. They said the codes were released prematurely and they will be resent within the next 72 hours, so worst case scenario, we will have to wait 3 days to get the download code for Mountain Lion. Not cool! =[

WTH !!!!!

I switched from Windows to Apple to avoid poorly managed stuff like this. This is terrible. When I called tech support, they told me they would resend the redeem code in 3 - 4 minutes. It has been an hour and it never arrived. Then I realized that the tech support guy didn't even have my e-mail address and couldn't resend the code. What a disappointment.

He is most likely sending it to the email associated with your apple id

I'm in Canada, accessing the Canadian store, and am having the same issue with my "redemption" code. Links for support are a Moebius-strip like loop of the same unhelpful steps over and over again.

I've just noticed one thing, I'm from Poland, and use Polish AppStore, during form sent I've everywhere put/choose Poland/Polish - and in a final summary page, there was United State !

Maybe that is an issue ?

Same problem here. New Macbook Air less than 2 hours old thought I'd upgrade straight away before installing all of my apps and docs. Have sent an e-mail to UK support so hopefully they will fix it. A bit of an own goal for Apple. They seem to be becoming a bit accident prone.
