Mountain Lion redemption code has already been used

yeah, i'm from australia and noticed the same thing.. actually that whole form was dodgy, all of the first page was greyed out

Same for my new retina MBP. Decrypted PDF and used the code just to say it was already used, which is nearly impossible.

BTW- Why an encrypted PDF? Seems a stupid hassle, especially if they can't get their **** together to make the rest of the upgrade program to work.

Same thing happened to me. I called the Apple support and then the rep refered me to the Itune app support to write email to them, which I think is pretty ridiculous. I feel like they are just dragging time so they can get a fix to this redeem code problem which should not exist in the first time as they should anticipate a high demand to upgrade. First the MBPR, the gift card problem, and now this... Apple should do better than this.

Called support and they asked me to email iTunes support with my problem as it is a known problem according to him so i did, now i'm just waiting for some response.....

I also moved from Windows. Got an iMac to develop games for iPad and iPhone on. Not impressed. After the many errors in initially requesting my code, I finally got it, only for it to say it has already been used.

Poor show. You don't get these failures with Windows. Shame, cause I actually love this mac.

just spoken to another advisor, she said they had just all received an email saying that brand new codes are be sent out again, and that they will be delivered within 24 hours. 😟 What a long procedure eh!! hopefully its a lot less than 24 hours, i can tell that actually downloading mountain lion is going to take an age aswell!!!

Saw in another thread that people has problem downloading. Download stalls at 53.25MB and some have problem burning mountain lion to DVD. sigh what is happening.

Is it because Apple tried to push forward the mountain lion release date forward to make up their disappointed Earnings yesterday that causes all these problem??
