Hi all,
I purchased and downloaded ML on my Macbook Late 2008 (unibody).I have 8GB of RAM and 128GB SSD, but I can't install it:
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.7)
I don't have TM enabled.
Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Somehow, a Backups.backupdb folder has been created at the top level of your internal HD.
Just delete it and the installation will work.
Note: you can't find it via a Spotlight or Finder search; just open your internal HD via the Finder.
Yep, thank you...works now. The ML installation is a bit too user friendly.
