I spoke to verizon because im having troubleshooting the wifi, the IP address wont change i need your help. please

I'd have though that would keep it the same.

What's the issue.

I would restart all devices including the AppleTV and router if there are network issues. iOS devices like iPhones/iPads too.

ok the problem is when i disconnect my ethernet out of my laptop. the internet isnt picking up any service. but the wifi signal is on and running. but verizon told me that it has to do with the IP address
