I use my iphone at work and use exchange. I have seen some instances when I send an email from my iphone and the person receives it but it doesn't show up in the exchange sever sent folder. Anyone else see this?

Any input here would be helpful. The company I work for is accusing me of not sending emails, that were acutally sent, becasue they don't see them in the exchange sent folders. The emails in question were sent from my iphone. They are threating termination. It's crazy.
