I have downloaded Sound Check from iStore for using in the iTune installed on a Win 7 PC. The icon apperas in iTune, on App. But there are no controlls. I cannot use it. I cannot adjust the volume. After downloading how do I go about instaling on the iTune?

??? There is a SoundCheck app in the app store. It is entirely unrelated to the SoundCheck feature in iTunes. Apps run on iOS devices, not on your computer. The article that brought you here Tunes: About Sound Check tells you all you need to know about it. Except, perhaps, that it doesn't (any more?) seem to embed any data in the media files as claimed.

Thanks. This helped me to understand that app does not work on the PC! Unnecessary download. A new lesson learned.
