Message in the mail app becomes alien language

Dear Apple guys,

Greetings from Thailand, I am writing this email to ask for your advice.

As you can see from the picture attached, I have a problem with mail application when the message is replied in Thai language and it becomes unreadable after the receiver opens it. How do I solve this problem?

While it was iOS 4, this problem never happened until I have upgraded to 5.

By the way, the problem happens with the account of MS Exchange service, I don't know if this is the cause of the problem.

I am so desperate in the need of help, and I am asking you please..

I think the sender us a stranger lettertype or a strange language.

Did you set the language on your iPad; Settings > General > International > Language.

Try a reset; Hold the Powerbutton and the Homebutton pressed at the same time untill the Apple logo turns up on your screen.

I think yes. The encoding is being corrupted somewhere, probably Exchange. There is nothing you can change on the iPad other than the OS languagel, to see if that helps. You can also tell Apple at
