Siri will not stay on my phone. It is not in settings/general. I have spent hours trying to fix this. I've reset the phone twice, and no Siri. Help! First iphone and I am really hating that it doesn't work.

What do you mean it won't "stay on my phone"?
Where are you and where did you get the phone? Are you absolutely positive it's a 4S and not a 4?
Look at the top of the phone. Next to the headphone jack, do you see a thin black line (the antenna) going across the top? If so, you have an iPhone 4, not 4S.
There are some subtle differences between certain generations of iOS devices which you can use to tell them apart. For instance, iPhone 4 and 4S look very similar, as do the iPad 2 and The New iPad.
