OS X flash drive installer - can't find ML installer.app

I am trying to create an OS X flash drive installer of Mounatin Lion so I can install it on multiple computers. The thing is, after downloading the OSX Mountain Lion Installer.app from Mac App Store, I can't find it anywhere. Does Apple delete the installer automatically after upgrading? Is it a hidden file?

Any advice would be good!
