how to remove the guest log in
How do you remove the guest login. this appears whenever you start mountain lion

Go to System Preference > Users & Groups.
Click the padlock and enter your Admin password.
Select the Guest User in the sidebar, then remove the check mark from the Allow guests to log in ... box.
