Why haven't I received my redemption code?

Hi,


I received my Redemption Code for me to download OS X Mountain Lion via the Up-To-Date programme today, and when I entered it, I got a message saying that the code had been used already!

I contacted AppleCare and the woman on the phone said that she will arrange for me to be emailed a fresh code soon, and to keep checking my emails regularly.

Now maybe I'm being impatient but its been 6 hours and still no email?

Should I contact AppleCare again or what?
