Command Line Tools installation in Xcode says my account doesn't have access

Command Line tools installation says my account doesn't have access.. What could have gone wrong in Xcode 4.4 or Mountain Lion?

OS X Mountain Lion, Tool is Xcode

Strange thing, after quitting xcode and restarting it, the tools downloaded successfully.
