Direction Arrows on iPhone Keyboard

Are there any apps that add a keyboard that includes arrow keys? For me it's slow and tedious to use the magnifying glass to correct spelling mistakes. Up, Down, Left, and Right, and even Home, End, and Delete buttons would really speed things up. Are there downloadable keyboards for the iPhone? I tried the Fast Keyboard app, but it's just an app that adds keyboard features within the app. I would like to be able use the arrows all the time with the default keyboard. Any advice? I have an iPhone 4 and am running iOS5.
