Jul 27, 2012 8:47 AM in response to ILSchoolTechby rcmgk,Same issue here. I was fine yesterday when I upgraded from 3.5.1 to 3.6. After rebooting my computer this morning it took ARD about 3-5 minutes to start up and when it started up all of my smart lists were gone.

Jul 27, 2012 1:40 PM in response to ILSchoolTechby macmanmk,Yes...same issue here. All of my scanners survived the upgrade, but all of my regular lists and smart lists are long gone. This is a big problem for me. In addition, the application is absurdly slow on launch.

Jul 30, 2012 7:54 AM in response to Templeton Peckby macmanmk,Sorry, but this isn't an acceptable day to day solution. ARD should not be removing my saved lists every time I quit the application and that's exactly what it has been doing since the update.

Jul 30, 2012 9:57 AM in response to ILSchoolTechby AfterSpencer,I also have the same problem. I will try restoring the plist but if this is the 'fix' it is not acceptable.

Jul 30, 2012 11:14 AM in response to Templeton Peckby ILSchoolTech,Not only is this not acceptable and Apple was not thorough enough, but it will restore your folders of the list but without the computers in that list - you still have to add them.

Jul 30, 2012 3:54 PM in response to ILSchoolTechby Templeton Peck,Sorry to say fellas, but neither I nor any of 15 person help staff has experience this issue.
I suggest you do a COMPLETE uninstall of ARD. Once reinstalled, restore your com.apple.remotedesktop.plist file from backup.

Aug 5, 2012 6:23 AM in response to ILSchoolTechby dellabteach,Updated 30 lab mac minis and admin mac air to ARD 3.6. Screen share under interact menu does not work. All other interacts work fine. When trying to use screen share, screens of mac minis goes black for 3 minutes. ARD states failure on admin computer. Also, saved computer lists are not working properly like other posts.
Tried to diasable remote management for mac mini and then enable with reboot. No difference.
