Q: All of a sudden when I try and synch my iPhone or iPad to my iMac it just freezes and the beach ball rolls on and on.  Any solution?  I have downloaded all the latest updates.

All of a sudden when I try and sync my iPhone or iPad to my iMac it freezes.  The beachball rolls and rolls around.  I have downlaoded all updates but no fix!

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4)
