I bought 3 songs for my iPod shuffle and they wont sync onto my iPod. It keeps saying "could not copy "song" onto iPod. Can anyone help me?

Which method do you use to load songs onto the shuffle? Do you do it manually, by dragging songs to the shuffle in iTunes? Or do you automatically sync the shuffle?
