I set up dictation and it works great with one exception that hopefully I am missing a step.
I dicate and it does not print anything until I hit done.
I then have to hit the FN twice to bring the mic back and dicate again.
Is there a way of having the letters/words print as i am speaking.
I realize there would be a delay, but it seems unusal to have to close the mic and reopen to see what was spoken.

Try going to the System Prefrences!
The way dictation works is that you speak and once you are done, your voice gets sent to apple's servers to get processed. Then the text get sent back to you. Since that's how that works, dictation can only print out text once you are done speaking, because it can't send the audio while it is still recording.

is there a way of making a word a capital letter(s).
I am impressed about saying next line and it skips down a line rather then a continuing paragraph.

You can make a word in all caps by saying all caps, and all caps off when you are done. Other than that, it will capitalize proper nouns when they are recognized and the first word after a period.
I'm not sure that the dictation gets sent to the servers but you can't have it typing in text for you as you speak. Don't ask me why. Please look at the other discussions about the all caps dictation problem if you experiance any.
