I downloaded some apps on my ex husbands i phone and now he keeps getting all the apps I purchase automatically!! how do I stop this

I bought some apps on my ex husbads i phone months ago and now he keeps getting all the apps I keep buying automatically, how do I stop this...not fair man!!!

I assume that the two of you still use the same iTunes account ? If so then he should be able to turn off automatic downloads on his device or computer (whichever it's happening on) via Settings > Store : automatic downloads.
