Is anyone having an issue with saving Adobe Photoshop files to the server?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion
Just to clarify, this started after installing ML. It was fine with my SL.
Yeah. After Lion to Mountain Lion upgrade.
Cannot save as to Windows server. Due to "program error." Adobe Photoshop CS5. Can save as fine to local drive.
Just beginning to look into it.
Thats right. I can save it on the desktop, drag and drop it to the windows network folder, but facing "program error" with "save" and "save as".
What version of Photoshop are you using?
CS5.5
This is Photoshop CS5 12.0.4 (current).
Once the error "could not save x due to a program error" occurs, the file disappears from the Windows server.
I think it has something to due with the SMB connection.
All other CS5 apps (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) "save" and "save as" fine. It is also fine performing the same procedure using Preview.
Apparently Adobe thinks there are no known issues.

Saw that. Read everything I could before upgrading for just this reason.
No reports of any issues with server connections or Adobe apps or Office or anything else I use.
Also not seeing anything about this or anything similar on the Adobe forums. For what they're worth.
Here's the most I can find on anything remotely similar.

When I get home I will try with mine, i have CS5.1 Extended latest version.
Any luck at all, any feasible solution to resolve the prob?
Two options. Doing either one worked.
1st option
In Photoshop preferences under File Handling set Preview to Never.
This has been working for me all day. Maybe a couple of times I got something about not being able to save because of not having access to the file, but then the save as dialog comes up and hitting okay saves the file.
Wasn't a big deal.
2nd option
Create a file (it didn't exist) in the /etc folder named nsmb.conf file, with the contents below.
#######
[default]
streams=no

Here's where I got the info.

Currently I'm doing option one, as it only turns off a feature in Photoshop and doesn't reconfigure anything in the OS.
It's probably just a byproduct of an OS being updated (lots of things happening) and Apple will remedy it in 10.8.1. At least this works for now.
FYI
Updated to OS X 10.8.2 today. Preliminary usage seems to indicate it's working now.
Even turned image previews back to "always save."
unfortunately this does not appear to have been fixed with 10.8.2 as I am have the problem with photoshop CS5.5 and M.L. saving to a local disk. Saving to desktop also fails. Saving for web and ... etc works but that's useless. Adding the nsmb.conf file seems to have worked, but his make sme nervous as I wasn't trying to write to remote file locations.
